The staff was incredibly friendly and attended to me as soon as I walked in. I did have to wait for my room to be ready, but once the receptionist escorted me there, I was handed an iPad to connect with a lady whos title I don't remember. But she was a medical professional. She asked me a few health questions and cleared me to receive the services I had come for. Soon after, two women entered the room: Alisia, a registered nurse (RN), and a lady who's name I don't remember. She informed me about the pros and cons of the procedure I was about to receive, but I felt that most of her conversation was focused on trying to upsell me to a larger package. I had come in on a promotional offer, which I found to be misleading regarding what I was actually getting. However, I decided to make the best of it and just wanted to get the procedure done and leave. Then, she attempted to get me to scan a QR code to see if I qualified for their financing options. I refused. Once she realized that I wasn't interested in being upsold, she handed the conversation over to Alisia and left the room. When Alisia was ready to start, I shared my concerns with her, and she was very willing to sit down and discuss them before proceeding. After listening to me explain my ultimate goal, she recommended a different service that might be a better fit. I felt truly heard and understood by her, and I appreciated that she took the time to listen to what I was looking for. In the end, I left without undergoing the service I originally came in for, but I am definitely considering returning for the service that Alisia recommended. UPDATE: After my initial experience, in which I left without receiving the service I had intended to get, I really wanted to give this place another chance. I reached out to Alisia a couple of days later to let her know I decided to move forward with the GLP-1 protocol she recommended. She scheduled me for a consultation that same day. Highly recommend seeing Ava! She was so professional and knew her products. This was my first facial and I asked lots of questions and she had all the answers. She was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the difference between treatments and she provided recommendations for my skin concerns. I'm so glad I found this place and Ava, can't wait to go back!

Ava was Amazing! Darling, bubbly, well educated on products and additional services that I have been needing and finally pulled the trigger and am treating myself! (Single mom w 2 kids so have done anything for myself in a while. Go see her and treat yourself. You deserve it! Just make your kids it ramen noodles and pb&j for a couple weeks. They will be fine and you will feel refreshed. Karisa

I had my Kybella appointment with Zoya and it was such a great experience! The appointment was quick and efficient, and I honestly didn’t feel a thing. She made me feel really comfortable the entire time and explained everything so clearly. Highly recommend booking with her!

I had a great experience with Issil Spa. The staff are always friendly and professional. Today, Ava helped me with my concerns and truly listened to what I wanted. She clearly knows what she’s doing and recommended the best options for great results. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing, and I loved the final outcome. I left feeling confident and refreshed. I am so grateful for Issil Beauty Spa! My skin has never looked this good and Ava has been my girl making sure I'm taken care of and always letting me be first to the new things to try! She is beyond great and her knowledge and learning has grown so quick that I always volunteer to be her model because she is so good at what she does! I also really enjoy her energy and wanting to make sure I look my best all the time! Love this place and the bundles they always each month for their specials to try! You won't find these prices anywhere else! Thank you Ava and Issil Beauty Spa for making me look this good!

I've been going to Issil Beauty Spa for almost a year and have had a great experience. I've had many services done like the amazing Korean facial, glacial facial, demaplane and kybella and cryo on my chin. Everyone is so friendly welcoming and makes you feel comfortable. Iris especially does an amazing job and goes the extra mile to make you feel relaxed and leave with a glow! This is my med spa of choice.

I had an amazing experience with Iris at Issil Beauty Spa! She did my Hydrafacial and I absolutely loved the results. My skin felt so clean, smooth, and glowing right after the treatment. Iris was very professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything she was doing, which made me feel very comfortable. You can tell she really cares about her clients and their skin.
